Completely agree on lomg term affects of lockdown.

Regarding catastrophing - if my 8 year old who is diagnosed ASD/ADHD perceives another young person has been unkind to him - he won't drop it. For days afterwards he will continue to discuss it, complain or call the perceived aggressor names.
Other than telling him to forget it and move on, dont worry about it, focus on positives etc etc. Time seems to be only healer.

Do you have any tips? Unfortunately I have a tendance occasionally to do this also.
