Apple devices actually hide the drop from 100% for some time, to prevent you from feeling upset when your device drops to 99% in a few minutes after you take it off the charger. The percentage gauge catches up to the real values after some time, so i think that's why, while doing the same thing, the device seems to lose less charge during the first few percents than compared to it does later on.

the 10% warning should be a notification instead of being a dumb popup that interrupts your work. this needs to be fixed in ios 15

the battery discharged really quickly at the end due to the nature of how lithium-ion batteries work, I think once you go below 30 percent the battery starts discharging faster than usual

Great job . As i can understand how difficult it is to do this type of battery drain test accurately.

It's perfect for you to play both subway surf and temple run on both devices at the same time 😄👍

I feel like the m1 will do a bit better upon updates as it’s probably not very well optimised as of yet

I just can agree: The M1 is nearly overkill for IpadOS. Only single core power is winning, but the same as A14 basic. Nearly 2-3 high power cores a boring and not used. The low power cores can do alle the work in the background. I am just searching a used 2018 Ipad pro 12, 9“ with A12X and 1TB for large RAM size.

I've got the 12.9" iPad Pro with the M1 chip in it and an Apple Pencil and it's great

Pretty crazy. Same battery life, over double the performance.

If you do not need one of those iPad's I sure could use one. Back in College at almost 50 years old and my Lenovo took a crap on me. Thanks

Can you do a office app on both 11” and 12.9” . Office app such as Skype, Zoom and more. On split mode and would it be possible to play behind ? And more ! Hope to see soon!

I use GoodNotes and the battery on the m1 drains super quickly. I guess I need to use a power bank
