I have the same knife, recently purchased. I'm no professional chef just a home cook with an interest. My Mosfiata as shown in the video would not easily cut through the skin of a tomato. I don't want the juices of the tomato spilling everywhere. It had trouble piercing. Brand new. It was only the second brief time of my using it. I liked the price because I am a relatively new user.
