Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

What’s really exhausting is they’ll seek “revenge” for things they only imagined. Like you have to work overtime one day, they convince themselves you cheated, so they cheat on and discard you. They think they “won” some kind of dominance game, when in fact they destroyed a good thing for no reason.

This is exactly why I don't let anyone any longer spin the block on me. People don't see it as an opportunity to right wrongs. They see it as a chance for revenge. I'm not setting up the stage for a Narc to hurt me.

mine threw my childhood trauma in my face during a rage fit and i was completely taken aback by how inappropriate and irrelevant the comment was. it was the beginning of the end for my feelings for them. he showed me he is inhuman and incapable of being a good person, and that no matter how many 'good things' he says to me, there's always evil thoughts bubbling under the surface. good riddance.

Mine always said "No woman can hurt me." It was clear he'd erected so many walls around his emotions and set up a false persona to pretend he couldn't get hurt...but it became clear that he is way too fragile and can't handle any hurt. I wish they'd all get some damn therapy!

Sometimes ( when you know you are done and it’s safe) you gotta go there! Drop the mic on them. Mine just turned 60 ( I’m 51) and he always made mean comments about my appearance.. and everyone says I am pretty. I told him during his last Hoover, “you do realize you’re 60 and the under-chin is giving me Turkey Realness. You are also too old to think some woman really wants you. You are now a Sugar daddy or someone’s Purse holder. Good luck on that AARP”. IT FELT AMAZING! He was so angry he could cry, because I would have NEVER said that to him before. I know he’s not really old… but his Playa days ARE OVER.

Mine waited 10 yrs to seek vengeance! I didn't know anything about Narcissism 10 yrs ago & what I was dealing with. I broke things off with him to date someone more stable & who wanted to settle down & have a family. Fast forward 10 yrs & he re-enters my life. Love bombed, devalued & discarded all within a month! Man that line about " I understand why your ex hit you" it took my soon to be exhusband 11 years to say it but he sure did say it right before I left he said those words to me about my first husband. Empower yourself...its not complicated to hurt a narcissist feelings. Your existence can hurt ...take your power back. Empower yourself if not you are Empowering them. Protective orders, restraining orders, the whole thing. Document document document...it doesn't stop until you stop

Lee, my ex boyfriend not even a husband, after 20 years later who is married, with 3 children was so wicked and cruel that I had to get a restraining order. It was so unreal, I left him and put other charges on him ( terrorist threats)!! You putting people up on game! 💯 Lee, you are helping people. Truly you are!!!

It’s funny, for years I would share (every time life situations came up where I would remind myself that even though people hurt me, I have to take the high road) a story about a crazy roommate I had who tried to destroy my home and stole from me and disappeared my pet. I chose the high road and wrote “vengeance is mine, says the Lord, ” on my bathroom mirror. The Narc finally at the end of the relationship (after listening quietly to this story for years) revealed “you know what, I HATE that story” I was shocked he’s hated it quietly all these years lol 😂😂😂 now I know why. A fool hates what he cannot understand. I’ve learned to not engage. He will destroy his own life and his own reputation coming for mine.

Oh man. Just when I thought it was safe to open the blinds, I KNOW it never really will be. So, I'm dancing as fast as I can to put a lot of unknown miles between us. They never forgive and they never forget. They will hunt us down like the prey they think we are. At any minute, he could pull the plug on me without notice. The only thing keeping him away today is high gas prices. That may be keeping me alive, too. Thanks, my friend. Don't ever stop saying what we need to hear.
