* 240g (1.5 cup) Bread Flour
* 1piece (55g+-) Egg
* 5g (1/2 tbsp) Instant Yeast
* 3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
* 50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
* 150g (10 tbsp) Milk
* 30g (2 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
2. Butter Piece :
* 120g (8 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
Nonstick Pan size : 8.9"x4.4"x2.2"/22.8x11.3x5.8cm
Put the Dough at warm place ferment for about 150 minutes,Temperature28-29°C
170°C (340°F) convection bake for 25 minutes

25g (2 tbsp.) Sugar
1pc (50 g+-) Egg
145g (0.6 cup) Milk
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (1.4 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
90g (6 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
2. Topping
Egg wash
200°C (390°F) bake for 10 minutes, then 180°C (355°F) bake for 6 minutes

170°C(340℉)baking for 22 minutes, Then turn to 200°C(400℉)baking 5 minutes.

100g (7 tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
