▪️1 Tbsp Butter, melted▪️1 + 1/3 Sheet Puff Pastry, thawed▪️3/4 Cup Ham, diced▪️2 Tbsp Chives, diced▪️1 Cup Gruyere Cheese, grated▪️6 Eggs▪️1/4 Cup Sour Cream▪️1/2 tsp Salt▪️1/4 tsp Pepper▪️

🌱Vegetarian Modification: Leave out the ham
.
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F butter the wells of a muffin pan
2️⃣ Cut one sheet of pastry into 9 equal squares and then cut 1/3 of the second sheet into 3 to give you 12 total squares
3️⃣ Pinch each piece of dough to flatten and make slightly larger and stuff into the muffin cups (they should be big enough to fill the cups)
4️⃣ Distribute the ham and chives evenly in the cups as well as 3/4 cup Gruyère (save 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top)
5️⃣ Beat the eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper; pour evenly into the muffin cups and sprinkle with remaining Gruyère; brush visible dough with any remaining melted butter
6️⃣ Bake 15-18 mins until puff pastry is golden brown and filling is cooked
