INGREDIENTS
puff pastry sheets
Pizza sauce
Any filling of your choice( meat or vegetables)
Cheese
Italian seasoning
Egg
Method
Lay out the puff pastry sheets add pizza sauce your filling cheese and Italian seasoning roll into a log and cut bite sized pieces brush w egg wash ( egg+milk) and sprinkle some seasoning
Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 12-15mins or according to the package instructions

🥀puff pastry sheet recipe
120g flour
114g cold butter
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4tsp salt
ice cold water as required
freeze the grater and butter beforehand for about 10 mins
sift the flour and salt in a large bowl add sugar
grate the cold butter into the flour ( use a butter which has less water content and more fat and make sure the garter is ice cold.For easier grating try coating the butter w the flour mixture)
grate the butter and combine w the flour mixture refrigerate it for 10 mins
make sure the butter and flour mixture does not get warm
after taking out of the refrigerator add the ice cold water 1tbsp at a time till a soft dough comes together( refrigerate in between if the dough gets warm)
form the dough into a small rectangle and cover w cling warp and refrigerate for another hour
after an hour take it out
now we begin the book fold
dust the surface w some flour and roll out the dough
fold the shorter side of the rectangle to the middle and the other shorter side on top of the folded side
roll out the dough
continue this process for 4-6 times
freeze the dough for atleast 3 hours or overnight for best result
