Lies.
Israel has five desalinization plants on the Mediterranean coast, which supply the country with water. All water is used twice. Household outflow is cleaned and used for agriculture. Israel produces enough water to have recently agreed to supply Jordan with water.

Palestine uses the same water pipes that were laid by the British 100 years ago. Half the water that is pumped through them leaks out. In order to replace, expand the Palestine water service, the Palestine government would have to refrain from stealing the monies allocated for infrastructure. That has never happened. Why should they refrain from stealing, when they can blame Israel for the outcome of their malfeasance?
