Thank you Doctor. I have chosen HRT and I am feeling normal again. Perimenopause is no joke.

On HRT, age 46. On it for 1 year so far. You will not be free of disease just because you take HRT but you can reduce your risk. Plus great sleep, less anxiety and diminished brain fog is worth it. I had to pay for a doctor and pay out of pocket for Estradiol and Progesterone because my insurance gyno couldn’t get it right. I’ve done my research and I will not go off. Women do not have to suffer and it’s not just about having the choice, it’s about understanding the impact of your choices. No HRT = Increased risks for heart disease, bone diseases, and lower quality of life. HRT= Less risk of heart disease and potentially heart protection, bone protection and improved quality of life.
For me the choice was clear. If you can’t do the research to see it this clearly then do more research, learn how to do research, read the studies, understand, learn to decipher, learn about the role estrogen plays in our bodies. Then you start understanding the impact of slowly losing estrogen over time. Some will feel it and some will not. Learn about elderly fragility and osteoporosis and what is happening with our bones. This helps one to make an informed decision.

PLEASE HELP!!!
My gyne recently told me "It's suicide" if I continue HRT (Cyclacur atm, want a proper evaluation for something better!) with my high cholesterol (probably) due to carnivore diet (trying to heal Crohn's), for thrombosis risk!!!

Don't completely believe this as healthy otherwise but I've stopping HRT for a while! However, my horrid symptoms are returning (lack of sleep the worst!!), AND just been diagnosed with a bladder hernia so this'll get worse with less Estrogen!

Feelin so lost.. don't have a doctor I can trust as they all just recommend meds & freak over high cholesterol!

Any help / support / advice welcome!!!
❤😢🙏❤

I am 44, early- to- mid- perimenopausal, and had a lupus diagnosis at age 36. My lupus is honestly pretty mild(from what I've read) I haven't had any major issues other than pain, flu symptoms, fatigue, sensitivity to sun, etc. No major organ involvement that I know of. Yet. I've never had a blood clot. But my gyno REFUSES to give me hrt. She's afraid of the stroke and blood clot risk. I told her I don't care and will sign a letter to that effect. I'm dying over here and no one cares. I am more concerned with ACTUAL symptoms that are actually happening now. I can't worry about what MIGHT happen. Especially if I don't live long enough anyway lol
