Hormone replacement therapy changed my life. I’m 44. Literally gave me my life back. Why aren’t more women being treated by helping them balance their hormone levels? I had to go to a functional medicine doctor before I was able to get help and to be listened to. They were the one ones who figured out I had an autoimmune condition as well. Changed my diet, got my hormones back in balance, and I went from 160 lbs. to 134, no more depression, lethargy, hair thinning, night sweats, mood swings, flash anger…all of it went away. I’m a psychotherapist who after my journey got an education in holistic integrative nutrition to help other women. I’m so sick of doctors putting us in anti-depressants and telling us to lower our stress. It’s insulting as hell to be honest. We need hormone treatment, not psych meds.

A chin length bob with extremely light layers near the ends makes my hair look fuller. I had thin fine hair before and now it is like feathers. Hair coloring helps it look a little fuller too.

Minoxidil worked wonders for me. Sadly, i had to stop because it was casuing dizziness. It got pretty bad. I stopped minoxidil, lost all my hair again, but my dizziness stopped. So sad 😞

I take Minixidil orally once per day. I’m very sensitive to medicines, and I’ve had no side effects. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed my hair seemed a little ‘bouncier.’ Eight months later, my hair is fuller, I don’t have any in my comb, and it doesn’t get dirty as fast. I really do see a big difference. My physician feels the oral pill performs better than topicals. I’m really pleased

I will be adding this to my grocery list the next time I head out! I’ve been experiencing hair lose, for the first time ever, after having a radical hysterectomy last year. Thank you for the tip!!

i used Kirkland brand Minoxidil and pour it into spray bottle twice daily. Then I switched to oral Minoxidil because it saves time, and prevents the 'wetness' on the hair, drying time, build up, because i wash my hair 3 to 4 times a week. My hair has never been thicker and growth phase at max.

I am taking vitamin d3, 2000-3000 is a day and a good omega 3, and magnesium and have seen a big difference. Also, alcohol is a contributor to hair loss.

I use PILFOOD PLUS 45, a complex for hair loss and it works! It also contains copper, for reversing grey hair process.

Your hair looks so good!
I need to get this. I wish I would've known this almost 10 years ago, my hair looked good at 50 but when I hit 55, I noticed my hair was thinning. Now it's really thinned out . I'm 59 now. 😊

As if menopause isn’t degrading and humiliating enough, but we gotta lose our hair too? 😢

I use minoxidil 5% topical and 2.5 mg oral once a day with 100mg Spironolactone and it really works. It might work a little too we’ll if you don’t want hair ALL over, it helped bring my hair back to life though.

I’ve had great success using a 50.00 red light from Amazon. The before and after pics are amazing. I don’t like using chemicals so this was a win in my book!

Oral minoxidil the only thing that works. It is an old oral blood pressure lowering medication so since I have hypertension it works great for me on 2 levels. Make friends with your tweezers. Red light therapy was also recommended. But I'm pleased with this systemic treatment.
