Segedin goulash

Ingredients:
* 500 g beef steak , cut into pieces
* 300 g sauerkraut
* 1 large onion, finely chopped
* 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
* 4 tablespoons oil
* 4 tablespoons sweet paprika powder
* 1 tbsp cayenne
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 250 ml water
* 150 ml 33% whip cream
* 1/2 tbsp Salt and 1/2 tbsp pepper
* Whole 1/2 tbsp and ground 1 1/2 tbsp cumin
Instructions:
1. In the pot, sauté the onion and garlic until they become translucent. Add all the seasoning fry until release beautiful smell then add meat and fry until it turns golden brown.
2. Add the sauerkraut to the pot and mix it with the other ingredients. Pour in the water and simmer over medium heat for about 1 hour, or until the meat becomes tender.
3. After 1 hour of cooking, mix in separate bowl flour and whipped cream 33% and add to the pot and stir well. If the goulash is too thick, you can add a little water.
4. Continue cooking the goulash for another 5-10 minutes until all the flavors are well combined.
5. Serve Segedinski Goulash with dumplings.
