I wouldn’t be surprised if Moff Gideon actually did “earn” the Darksaber the same way Maul did. He seems like the type of guy that could take on Bo-Katan in a one-on-one fight.

I love this side of Star Wars canon and I’m so happy it’s being explored. My only wish now, before the focus shifts back to the Old Republic, is to finally have a resolution for the story set up for Ahsoka, Sabine, Ezra and Thrawn.

My jaw dropped through the floor when I saw it. Though I am hoping Bo Katan is still alive by the time of the events of The Mandalorian, I seriously doubt she would've relinquished it to the Empire willingly.

It sure floored me when Moff Gideon cut himself out of his tie fighter with the Darksaber, then proceeds to stand upon his ruined ship and brandish it. That was HUGE! Essentially it means that the cat and mouse chase is on, and Mando knows it is not some average bounty hunter coming after him and the child...or at least when Mando finds out Gideon survived that crash. Great great show...cant wait for S2

so nice to watch a darksaber video from someone who knows their stuff. I tried watching a couple other videos recently to refresh my own memory and stopped the vids when I realized some of their facts were a bit off. Also congrats on defending the schmoedown star wars belt at spectacular. I hope one day you get that mach with Witwer, when you first won the belt I was 50/50 on who I thought would win but now I think you'd take him. I think you're more comfortable with the format than he ever was.

Nothing looks cooler than the Darksaber swooshing around lol leaving behind a deep black motion trail, it's stunning!

Hopefully, we'll get the full effect of the weapon in live-action, I can imagine if they're confident enough to show it in this format, they probably know what they're doing. 👍
