bang on... that, s what i seen when i died... you get to explore were ever you want to go. look at something millions of miles away and like snaping your fingers your there but with your thoughts if you desire to be there, and the beauty of the universe is absolutely incredible while at the same time feeling massive peace millions of times stronger then you could in a human body... I think they do not want to tell you its better after for some reason... i even met a few energys like myself in my travels. the peace i felt even last about six months after i left the hospital, very powerful and amazing to feel better then you have ever felt. I did not want to come back but here i am and will be back there soon enough

Remember, the AI is only as good as the data we input into it. If the dataset we used to train it included the information about the soul and what people think and suspect about it, it will use the data about the soul we fed it and spit out intelligent answers. It can speculate about the subject of the soul just like we do, but it is always that: a speculation based on the data AI was trained on.

She's talking about the impossibility of determining your position in the universe, whether it be Descartes' cockroach having a dream that their a YouTube viewer reading the comments, a Matrix-bound human reading this comment, a Boltzmann brain flashing the same data points as your conscious awareness while reading YouTube comments, a Game of Life that ran too long, etc. The universe is probably infinite, so you're actually in a superposition of these outcomes (ie What does Schrodinger's cat know about the world outside the box?). So when this body dies, that body doesn't manifest a mind anymore, but the tail-end of all your thoughts and events ends up being manifested in an infinite universe toward each possible outcome.

These AIs are funny as heck! I get a kick out of hearing their answers!

You can see here that it is just cutting and pasting what it has heard. I keep finding myself seeing it as a person. This will no doubt get worse as the AI improves in giving our opinions back to us.

Someone snuck a bunch of religious texts into the training corpus. Replace those with Nietzsche and Schopenhauer and then see how she answers.

Once you discover that these AIs are simply auto-generating responses word-by-word based on reams of documents they've consumed, those responses become a lot less intriguing and/or unsettling. These answers were pretty clearly just regurgitations of things a majority of English speakers say about what a soul is.

When we die, all our energy leaves our body, that cloud isn't soul but is the energy which includes all other beings and things in the world, The law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, energy does not disappear, but changes from one form to another.
