Don't Buy Google Pixel 7A!

It also has the ai that prevents spam callers from other countries. Ever since i got my pixel i havent had any undesirable calls. Very nice!

The processor is designed for AI applications, not a Gamerboy to play games. If you want to play games buy a Asus Rogphone.

Those things are fixable through update and the processor on it are new in line which requires updates... Like the pixel 6 series had heating issue and finger print issue when it comes but now its all fixed now...

I have been using pixel 7a for about a month now. The main issue with the phone is heating issue. It's not as bad as this guy tells us. The device heats up and uses a lot of battery during the first week of usage but now the battery life is really good. I get nearly 6-7 hours of screentime which is great. The phone heats only when I shoot a video which for more than 2 minutes. When shooting longer videoes, the phone does heat a lot l.

I agree with you. I live in the UK and regularly travel to India for work; we've just been issued Pixel 7a's for our work devices, and in warm weather, it is a disaster. Plus, as you said, service support is poor in India too. You've nailed it.

Fully agree. Migrated to Canada, got Pixel 6 Pro with high expectations and main issue was the one you described - network issues. A lot of network problem. Only solution was to go to Airplane mode and come back. Same network provider and same sim gave me much better experience on budget redmi note 5 that I bought from India !! Please continue to enlighten people like you do. Regards.

Bro in India on every phone even on iPhones it keeps switching between 4g to 5g cause 5g doesn’t work very well in India

true 5g doesnt exist yet so the switchig is fine, it takes days for the phone battery to optomise properly, its the tensor g2 same as the pro and fold, how is that bad. and EVERY phone heats up when gaming. 5 hr screen on time is fantastic. dude has no idea what hes talking about.

I am a Pixel 7a user, yes I agree with the heating issue and definitely they are not even promoting it as a gaming device too. The purpose of Pixel is completely different, from that aspect its working perfectly fine for me ❤

Pixel A series phones aren't meant for gamers. Plus, any phone (mid range or flag ship) needs time to be optimized during the first week (or so) and will heat up during this time as the AI customizes the phone. Lastly, you have to give Google a few months to address the initial problems with updates (just like any other OEMs). In the end, the Pixel A series has the best value proposition of any phone out there (no contest).

I had OnePlus 9pro, the phone became so useless because of software glitches and infact of 888 processor it showed frame drops, since I have changed to 7a it's smoother and an great upgrade. Believe me there are a lot of problems in the OnePlus ui it will make you throw your phone!!!

It has been 3 months for me, my pixel 7a is working great, the heating issue does not happen anymore.

All those things were fixed on my device when I updated it on Android 14.

switching is adaptive compatibility not a bug 🤦‍♀️, each time an Indian steps in smash it away, I have a Pixel 7 Pro and I didn't experienced those problems I don't know if my Pixel is special or the ones you're talking about are abnormal, I hope Oneplus pays well, have a great day then biryani

Pixel - everyone wants top of the line android and the experience but they don't want to pay for it. They expect Google to undercut the competition and well, it's reflected in the pricing you see here (all the taken shortcuts to produce the best phone you don't want to pay for)

Pixel 7a is execllent phone. Ignore negativity

Connectivity in india is very poor whereas in UK my pixel 7a is smooth and fast. So don't blame on smartphone rather network issue

I'm watching this on my 7a
I've never had Internet drops, this phone is great and has gotten over 600 megabytes per second, the speakers are great, the operating system is next level, and I love the amount of stuff they put into this thin little guy. Worth every penny in my opinion
