As a child of divorced parents who never fought in front of me, I can say that in my case I found it very confusing when I was told my parents were getting a divorce... But as time went on, I realised how lucky and how grateful I was for them never fighting in front of me and keeping me out of that. So it didn't necessarily make it harder on me :)

Amazing topic. I am JUST DIVORCED (LOL)!!!! Not "JUST MARRIED". Having been separated for three years and raising two teens: girl and boy. My situation is not at all like this gentleman's. You and your ex-wife have done a great service to your children. It STILL takes two to parent even AFTER a divorce. Bless you! Thank you so so much for making this video! I'm a dad to a 3 year girl. I got divorced in June and had to move back in with my mom which is an hour away from my daughter, and so I'm an weekends-only dad and I'm really sad about it. Videos like this are encouraging to me and help me realize I can still be involved and equally important to her as her mom is. Keep up the great work!
