My last planche workout was one month ago. Lets check how long I can hold it right now.

In this video I checked what will happen if you don’t train planche for 30 days in a row. My result a month ago was 10 seconds of holding a full planche. Let's see if it makes sense to take such long breaks in calisthenics training.

Hello Vitaly, you've motivated me to start training for planche. I've watched your 4 minute video on exercises for Planche but always when i try to do the Pseudo planche pushups on the ground, i always fall on my face. Have you got any tips for me on how to not fall on my face? I have enough strength to do the entire workout.

Друже, can you give me a piece of advice?I feel that I can do 90 degree hold aka bent arm planche, however I am not able to find balance so I either fall forward or backwards, do I have some tips? Буду дуже вдячний)
