Improve Your Deadlift with these Cues ☠️

1. Squeeze Oranges in Your Armpits 🍊

- This cue helps engage the lats and create tension through the mid and low back. It also helps pull the bar in closer.

2. Push the Floor Away ⬇️

- Think of the deadlift more of a push than a pull. Drive your legs into the ground like you are trying to push them through the floor.

3. Push the Car Door Closed with your Butt 🚗

- imagine you’re carrying groceries in both arms and need to close the car door. This helps to facilitate a hinge at the hips.

4. Paint your Shins with the Barbell 🎨

This helps to kee the bar close to the body throughout the lift.
