UltraRAM: Massive On-Chip Memory for FPGAs and MPSoCs -- Xilinx

There is a significant gap between FPGA on-chip memories and off-chip memories that causes problems in some applications. What we need to fill that gap are much larger on-chip memory resources to fill that need.
