In this video, I’m going to share with you how to get rid of acne. There are several factors that will affect the skin, but today we’re going to primarily focus on the sebaceous gland.
There are small sebaceous glands in your skin. If the sebaceous gland is malfunctioning, you could have acne, oily skin, or dry skin.
Fat-soluble vitamins are very unique. They can actually affect the DNA of the cell and control your genes. This is why if you’re deficient in fat-soluble vitamins like vitamins A, D, E, and K, you could have a lot of structural problems.
Causes of acne and how to get rid of acne:
Low vitamin A
If you’re vitamin A is low, you could have problems with the sebaceous gland. Vitamin A controls and regulates the sebaceous gland. Vitamin A can also kill unfriendly bacteria in your skin, and it also controls the oil in the skin.
• Keep your friendly bacteria healthy
• Consume foods rich in vitamin A (liver, butter, egg yolks, high-quality virgin cod liver oil)
Low vitamin D
Vitamin D is great for your skin, and it’s actually good for the immune system. You don’t want to get too much sun to where you get a sunburn, but a small amount of sun can be good.
• Get more sun
• Take high-quality virgin cod liver oil
The gallbladder
If a person has a congested gallbladder or a congested liver, a bad liver, or they don’t have a gallbladder, they could be deficient in bile. Bile is a fluid that helps you break down fats and fat-soluble vitamins. If you’re consuming fat-soluble vitamins and your skin is not getting better, it could be that you don’t have enough support from the gallbladder to absorb the vitamins.
Androgens
Androgens are hormones produced by your stress glands (your adrenal glands), the ovaries, and testicles. Stress and too much sugar can trigger androgens.
Low vitamin B5
This vitamin could help give you clear skin. But, you don’t want to take too much because too much could cause other deficiencies. One main thing that can deplete vitamin B5 is stress.
Insulin
Insulin is a hormone that's triggered by sugar. Insulin can influence the sebaceous gland.
