Unlike the US game devs the Swedish devs get to have a life outside of work. Happy for them.

75% resistants to fire is Perfect Arc has 95% resistants.. I have been waiting for a fire suit to properly run my Fire Build without getting burned alive in 3sec leave it at 75% or raise it to 80% or leave it alone

I would love to use more orbitals, but... (written from a bug-stomper perspective)
1) to get the most out of a loadout I dedicate 1-2 slots to a secondary weapon and a backpack leaving 2-3 for support, but usually only 2
2) airstrikes are an absolute must for reliable multi-bughole closing in an area (esp when upgraded) as opposed to barrages where you have to run away for an extended period of time and hope for the best, only to return to find holes untouched...
3) orbitals come with only 1 use per cooldown, have an overly long recharge, and often does not kill a titan even on a direct hit, whereas when upgraded I can have two 500kg titan killers ready to go with only a 7.5 second delay between them, while the closest I can get orbital-wise is a precision strike which if I miss is a 90 second reset for a SINGLE use vs a 105 second rearm at best to 120 second at worst after using BOTH 500kg bombs for an eagle
4) the only guided orbitals are gated behind the slowest recharges like railcannon (210 second cooldown, and I am often dealing with multiple chargers and/or titans at the same time) and orbital lasers (300 second cooldown AND a maximum of 3 uses per mission per person, AND often takes an entire 30 second charge to deal with a single titan/charger)
5) can send the eagle to rearm early between objectives, minimizing overall time waste

Basically orbitals are nice in theory, but are overshadowed in use by the sheer utility of the eagle.

Swede here. Yes what they mean is likely that "school is out" and people generally plan their vacation in-line with their kids being free for more family time. So it's expected to have people away at these dates

Scandinavians take their vacations seriously. Mandatory by law 5 weeks vacation for ALL each year. Regardless of how long you have been employed. It is common for three or four weeks are taken in n July/august. Which means that both kindergartens and school are closed. Which means that there are no one but family to take care of the smaller children. And as both parents work (usually) that creates logistical issues.

What this means is that most companies are effectively shut down during july and early august (6 weeks) with staggered vacations and those at work do maintenance, bug fixes, and keep things going at a reduced rate until all the teams are back in the later half of august. When schools start again. This may seem strange for US people but it maintains a work life balance that encourages a very efficient work day. As little bullshit meetings as possible and fresh heads while at work to avoid mistakes and burnout.

5:25 He simply means that a lot of the devs are parents and are taking a longer leave to be home with family. Thus school breaks are very interlinked with employee presence.

Well lets wait and see, even with all these Leaks. The Ice Warbond was also hyped but underwhelming.
If the new armor has in the end just like 25% fire resistance, it will be a disappointment.
