Raised Catholic but was poorly catechized.
Fell away to, nothing really.
Came back to the Church when my marriage was terrible. Husband came too. So thankful to God for His Grace and Mercy for bringing me back to the Church He began! My marriage was saved and we are living a truly Catholic life ❤

I always think being Catholic is the biggest blessing in my life. Thank you Jesus for giving me this opportunity 🤍

I just reverted to Catholicism. After some years of being protestant, I'm glad I returned. It felt like a watered down version of what God is really trying to feed us.

I was in a Catholic hospital, a nun came in my room and asked if she could pray for me. I said yes, but thought waste of time. I was really surprised that at the end she said "In Jesus Name". No mention of Mary or anyone else.

Protestants: "I'm not Catholic because I don't agree with, I don't agree with, I don't agree with, I believe, I believe, I believe."
Notice how it is all about "I" and never about God?
That's the exact reason why I'm a Catholic and not a Protestant. I understand that it is not about what "I" believe or agree with, it's about God.

From Protestant to Catholic and never going back protestant mass was only a temporary feeling like a hit of dopamine and once it was gone it was gone when I started going to Catholic Mass and received the Eucharist for the first time it was a feeling that stayed with me and never left! Confession was like a ton of bricks lifting off my shoulders a feeling so great so hard to explain because how awesome it felt I pray for the conversion of our protestant brothers and sisters the Catholic Church Is definitely the Universal Church of Christ 🙏✝️🕊️ !!!

I like your channel and your content, but I am a Catholic and all I can say is that people don't really understand the core beliefs of the Catholic church, it's all misinterpretation, and for the ones who say they used to be Catholic and left the church, they never deepened enough to know or understand their faith.

When Jesus changed the water to wine, his first public miracle, it was because Mary didn’t want to have her relatives shamed, they had gone and told Mary of their problem and they would be humiliated by running out of wine, Mary intervened asking Jesus to help telling the servants to do whatever Jesus told them to do! When Catholics pray asking Mary to intervene and ask her son Jesus to help us just as she did when Jesus changed the water to wine, we don’t worship Mary, we ask for her intercession between us and her son!

Former Protestant and new Catholic convert. I used to have so many bad views about the Catholic Church and disagreed with Mary, purgatory, asking saint for intercession, the Pope…. I didn’t even believe it all during my confirmation, but I kept a bit of faith that it could be true. God took that tiny mustard seed of faith and radically changed my heart towards the entire Church and everything she teaches and stand for. Once I stopped fighting God and finally submitted and just let Him in, He did the rest. How I have complete understanding and complete love for His Catholic Church. Mary, purgatory, the saints, the pope…all of that I finally understood and agreed with. I finally feel complete and always excited to learn more about the Church. There’s 2, 000 years of history and stories and architecture. There’s enough beauty to study for a lifetime and never get bored. The Catholic Church is glorious and I pray every Christian would be able to appreciate this beautiful family that is the Catholic Church

Works are the fruit of salvation, not the cause

I’m a Baptist who converted to Catholicism. I wanted to clarify that praying to or through Mary or the saints is the same as asking family or friends for prayers only More efficacious because they are already in heaven and it’s been proven through miracles and a case process to determine if a particular saint is indeed in heaven.

The doctrine of the faith is only a path to light you feet. I encourage you to not let a few things you are struggling to understand to keep
You from learning more and opening your heart up to the church because it is Jesus true presence in the Eucharist that you are depriving yourself of. You deserve the gift that he gives to you through holy communion!

If we live only by grace and faith there is no action. Your works are what actualize the grace and faith in your life. Many people have grace surrounding them but do not respond to it and fall into error while they have faith they will still go to heaven.. heaven isn’t a free ride, we must act in our believe as Jesus did and follow him in action. Faith and works are needed. You yourself act in that when you go to speak about Jesus or donate to the poor or serve your Husband and children when you really don’t feel like doing so. All of this is for our sanctity.

If you believe the building is on fire you will leave the building!

I am a proud Catholic and I would recommend continuing to learn more about what Catholicism teaches. There are so many misconceptions about Catholicism that I hear going around. I can honestly say I am still Catholic today beacause of all the evidence that backs up the teachings of the Catholic Faith. As a sister in Christ overall I appreciate you being a voice for Christian morals in this secular society.

The Church (the Catholic Church), existed for hundreds of years before the Holy Bible was compiled and canonized (by the Catholic Church). How else would the Christian faith have survived and maintained its integrity before the Bible became the official text of our faith? By adherence to the Church itself like Jesus instructed us to do so. Our Lord promised that the Church He founded will be guided by the Holy Spirit and the gates of Hell will not overcome it. Would you say that our Lord is a liar? Jesus passed down His teachings to the Apostles who then passed it down to their successors (the bishops and priests). This is called Apostolic succession. It is something the Catholic and Orthodox Churches have that protestant churches do not, since they have protested and rebelled against their apostolic lineage. There are several Bible verses that prove the Catholic Church is the one true Church. To know and accept the true history of Christianity is to then become a Catholic. - Former presbyterian protestant, now Catholic

I absolutely love my Catholic Faith. It is a scandal that most Protestants believe the Eucharist is just a symbol. Protestants are are complicit and proud in their disunity. Catholics worship the Eucharist. Just attended the Eucharistic congress in Indianapolis. Fifty thousand people and No one worshiped Mary, the angels or the saints. We worshiped Jesus truly present in the Eucharist Body Blood Soul and Divinity. In heaven we will all believe the same.

Praying to and through Mary and "the saints" is called "spiritual adultery."
Actually, the Bible calls ALL believers "saints."
When Jesus died on the cross, the curtain between the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place in the Temple was torn in two from top to bottom. It signaled two things: 1) No more animal sacrifices were needed as Jesus had died once for all; and 2) Christ's death had opened the way DIRECTLY TO GOD. We need no priest, no saint, no Mary, NOONE on earth to be an intercessor in our behalf. We pray directly to the Father in Jesus' Name in the power of the Holy Spirit!
Fortunately, we DO have an INTERCESSOR IN HEAVEN, JESUS HIMSELF, Who is sitting at the right hand of the Father, interceding in our behalf!
