Garlic Bread with Recipe
Показать описание
Homemade garlic bread with recipe from La Cocina De Guna.
For dough:
300 g flour
10 g sugar
4 g dry yeast
3 g salt
1egg (big one)
125 g cold milk
30 g butter (cold)
Mix dry ingredients. Then add egg and milk. Knead the dough ( do it in a machine), it will be sticky. Cover tightly with film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then add pieces of butter and knead again (knead until you get an elastic dough texture). Cover again with film and put in a warm place. The dough should rise double in size (it took me about an hour).
For filling:
40 g butter
4 garlic cloves
3-4 green onions
A pinch of salt.
Method:
Heat butter. Squeeze garlic into it and sprinkle with salt. Keep it on fire a bit. The garlic should not be fried. Then roll out dough into a rectangular layer. Coat the surface with garlic filling and sprinkle with chopped onions. Cut into small rectangles. Stack them on top of each other and place them in mold. The dimensions of my form are 25x10x7. Then cover again with film and leave to proof for at least 40 minutes! You will see how the dough has risen and almost occupied the entire mold. Now you can bake. Before baking, brush the surface with beaten egg (optional). Place in a preheated oven at about 170°C for approximately 25-30 minutes. Once golden, take it out and let it cool. Then you already know what to do!!! Eat with great pleasure!
