Just made this, but only used a quarter loaf bc it’s just me. Amazing!!!! I saved the oil to have some garlic oil, and saved the excess spread. My only rec is if you only use a quarter of a loaf, be careful slicing it, the edges of my loaf have fallen off while I was spreading the butter on it
