5-7 cloves garlic
3 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
Parmigiano reggiano to finish
marinara or other tomato sauce for dipping

I worked in an old Italian restaurant and we cut garlic gloves in half and rubbed it on the crust before baking. Makes a difference

Nice! I make mine similarly - except this is one time I use margarine, I add a small amount of dried oregano and top it with mozzarella and Parmesan, bake it open face for about 10 minutes. I love it with sourdough! Love your show!🎉
