Great routine. I just returned from 2 week trip. I’d also love one for the end of the day after a LOT of walking on hard surfaces like sidewalks, museums and uneven surfaces. Specifically I try to mitigate soreness for my next day. Would love your ideas on this.

Beautiful scenery, makes me want to go to our local park for fresh air and relaxation. I predicted 800-900 for your Costco haul. Food in general is very expensive, but meat ever more. Great video as always. ❤️

I can't make semi circles with my arms. I have had frozen shoulders for a very long time. physical therapy didn't really do much. Any advice?

Do you have any idea how nasty and dirty hotel floors are. Different people constantly walking on them in their shoes and maybe bare feet and bringing in who knows what. You have no idea where these other people have been and chemicals or whatever else could be on the carpet and could get into your system through your skin. Plus if someone walked with wet feet out of the shower before you and onto the carpet there is the chance of athletes foot. Athletes foot can stay infectious on carpets for a significant period of time if you care to research it. There is a reason they say bring an extra pair of sandals or make sure you don't go barefoot in certain places!
