These exercises are simple but effective to help heal your postpartum body. I try to do this routine every day but realistically I do this 3-5 times a week.

For those that may not have the strength/have an injury or other physical issue rendering them unable to do the bridge pose with only 1 foot on the floor (even if only briefly) what is a good modification?

hi..I'm 5 mnths csection postpartum. ..lower belly is hanging and tummy is still big...
I'm eating healthy meal..and exercising often for 20mins 6 days and I'm breasfeeding....
