I think one thing you could have mentioned is an almost infinite shout cooldown stacking you can do with this. Talos amulet + talos blessing + spectral dragon armor = 60% cooldown reduction. Necromage + bloodworm helmet = 56% stronger effects and 50% longer. Stacked together you get 93 ~ 94% ish shout cooldown reduction. Which is enough to either spam breath attacks or stack buffs like slow time and shout summons.

Be the reality warping undead dragon god you where ment to be.

Every playthrough of Skyrim I find anyway to roleplay a vampire.😂

Vampirism would be a good excuse to stay inside and play more Skyrim.

I do think this is why it's so hard not to roleplay a Tevanni Wizard Vampire. Like so much power how could you not take it

This bone Vampire should be it’s own build now, the aesthetic and playstyle is very chaotic evil and superb and honestly if you added a cloak from cloaks of skyrim, this would look like a crazy supervillain build

Sometimes I forget Skyrim isn’t a vampire simulator lol

This is awesome! The amount of testing you've done on the effects is insane! 😀

For pure aesthetics, the Bloodworm helm with Dragonplate armor is definitely the way to go, I think. The character looks like a fish monster and it's an awesome combo.

I’ve done the necromage build for like 6 years and 16 times. I never realized that I should get the perk first then start my play through. I always made sure to vamp first, then play through. Once I get necromage, then I restoration tech. So now I gotta vamp, necro, restoration, then play? Hold my skooma

With just the original necromage And An Amulet of Talos You could Use back-to-back slow time shouts Running from the front to the back of a dungeon watching people slowly get out of their chairs to stop you as you zip by them is satisfying.

It’s honetsly crazy to me I’ve been here from the very beginning. Y’all was my childhood in middle school back in 2013. I remember the gym vlogs and everything. So glad to have been here for this journey all these years

1:37 The reason is Arthmoor. He is the creator of the unofficial Patch and a bit of a d*** to put it lightly

A Khajit hand to hand, Necromage / Atronach was truely the most awesome built I ever tried, forget about fire weakness when you can absorb all magica attacks, can deck a Daedra with a right hook.

Staff of Worms is pretty different from Dead Thrall.
First, it is able to target some creatures. Many are useless but some have potential, notably Draugr and Falmer. Draugr are glass cannons with no armor or resists, but the damage output and the awesomness of shouts is undeniable.
Second, it counts as a lesser reanimation for the purpose of Elite and Ascendant necromancer robes. That means 3 thralls total with Twin Souls.
Third, a minor one, it gives a fortify health regen effect. That means that thralls that naturally have health regen (Vampires notably, but I think most undead would be in that category) have it boosted.
All in all the staff is way more powerful than what the information online about it is available, apart from being immensely powerful by itself, providing arguably the strongest spell in the game for free at level 1.

imma be real boss, your throwback to the original 2011 skyrim at the start threw me into a spiral of realization of both how old ive actually gotten as well as ridiculously long were waiting for the successor game by now

The REAL question is can you get a better Necromage by taking it while wearing Bloodworm and then unequip and reequip Bloodworm for an even stronger buff

I'm glad to see someone else trying to test this combo. As usual you've surpassed my own meager research. As for the aesthetic I have fallen in love with wearing the Bloodworm Helm with Heavy Falmer armor. The look is like Skeletor by way of HR Geiger and HP Lovecraft.

Bone dog and wyrm helm both give necromage
But remember to get necromage perk and put the gear on then become vampire
For a boost to azhidal set enchanting bonus

Also using this method i found that you can infinitely raise ur enchantments values cause the diminishing returns wont make you go lower than 1 percent for each subsequent cycle in the enchantment strengthening loop

The unofficial patch is such a double edged sword, like it fixes a lot but it also breaks a lot of little things like Necromage which I honestly believe should be considered intended mechanics.

I recently just started a playthrough as a vampire using Ordinator and Sancrosant. I wish Blood Magic/Hemomancy was in the game to begin with for vamps to use in human form. It's insanely fun.
