I saw this coming over 20 years ago when my manager returned from a Boeing seminar in California with a blue binder. He asked me to take a look at it and it was full of guidelines to hire everybody except straight white males. Shortly thereafter Boeing lost a major DOD contract due to poor performance. This is definitely not anything new.

This is going too far, this isn't equal opportunity, this is literally minority supremacy. I am a progressive nonbinary liberal and even I think DEI goes way too far and I want DEI to calm tf down and get an entire overhaul on how it functions.
