one of my teachers dad was on that plane. my teachers mom got a call from him saying something along the lines of “we’re going to attack the cockpit” that was they last words she heard of her dad and truly an amazing act for those on flight 93. rip to the warriors

Welles Crowther was a very young firefighter, and he had always wanted to be a firefighter. On 9/11/2001 he and his other colleagues were dispatched to the twin towers to hopefully recover anyone who were in the upper part of the towers when the planes had hit. Welles had successfully led a lot of the people from one of the towers down to safety (the specific number of people are unknown to my knowledge.) Welles had two options, to go down to safety, or to go back up and find other people to bring to safety. Welles being a very brave and caring kid, he goes back up to hopefully recover any other people trying to make it out. Sadly, Welles never came out of the building with any other people, unluckily right when Welles made it up the building, it had collapsed, killing Welles. He was known as the man in the red bandana because he was given a red bandana that he had always carried around since he was 6, even the time he had died, he had the red bandana over is face. Rest in Peace to Welles Crowther and all the other casualties of 9/11, and you will all forever rest in America’s heart ❤️ 👆

I have a classmate who’s dads best friend was on flight four. He called my classmates dad during practice, he said he and the passengers were gonna take control of the plane again. That was the last time he heard from him. And he was happy he answered the call.

My uncle was on flight 93 and he sadly passed away but I am proud he was my uncle😢

my grandma along w a few other family members helped pick up body parts & luggage off the highway by my house after 93 crashed. my mother ended up working at the building where they tried to collect/ piece together the body parts that were found to be able to identify those who were lost in the accident. horrible horrible day for a lot of people.
