Imagine you're about to lose, you don't have any suns to place anything to defend, there's a nut in the end of the lawn that doesn't have a lawn mower, but it's about to die.

You imagine "this is it. I'm dead."
Then the nut allergy death animation occurs

The animation is also on other devices too, just not when a zombie eats a wall-nut. It’s still a rare death animation that I’ve gotten a few times, just it happens when a zombie’s head gets knocked off.
