I’m not a fan of Skirted beds or sofa/chairs…or bed curtains .. both feel stuffy

I think “grandma chic” only looks chic if you aren’t a grandma… ?

You are truly talented. As soon as I heard floral, my immediate reaction was no. Absolutely not. I just can't. But then you suggested putting it in a coat closet and now I am super intrigued. I would have never thought of that. Love your unique ideas.

In the Philippines we used tile flooring everywhere (the whole house its cheaper option.

Love these trends. If I had to pick a favorite, it is the stone floors, especially the bold entry ones. I trust you on your tips on how to apply these trends on the higher end, while many can be adapted to a budget. This is an area where your consultations would be of such a benefit. Your channel is taking off, and I could not be happier for you. ❤

Tile flooring apart from wet areas - who's going to clean and maintain the grout lines? How about something is dropped onto a tile and it chips?
Stripes and florals have always been on trend because these patterns can be used in any interior design, with the exception of florals for industrial style.
The only element that has changed over the years for stripes and florals are the size of the print.
Skirted beds, sofas and substantial armchairs only fit in traditional and in small pieces such as skirted ottomans and accent chairs in transitional interiors.

Yuck no skirted anything for me. No Chintz and florals either. Or bed drapes for that matter. Been there done that. No more.

Can you make a video about the smart house or home automation system? Is it in your house?

agree about keeping some of the hard finishes classical like three years ago I was all about the French white oak floors, pale oak cabinets ..and the Florida ceiling marble blah blah blah. Now I crave something little deeper richer and like the quirkiness that tile can give as well except on the kitchen counter.

I love the very oversized comforter/duvet look. Is there retailers that sell that look for king size beds?

Hi Nina I'm really liking the biophilic look of your room and the backdrop of nature outside is perfect. Looks so relaxing, could take a nap just looking at it lol

I'd love to see more bed linens in florals again.

I can’t not use stripes. It’s like a waste if there isn’t one.

I hope to see a comeback of the love for the handmade things and for the classy furnishings of the pre victorian era
