It is improper to pick Mbappe's top speed and spread it over 100m. If you do that on the professional trackstars like Bolt or even poor me I can safely tell you that the last 60m has less time than the first 40m because of staggering. Bolt would also have clocked 7.2seconds

Mbappe would never beat a world class 100m sprinter, because he is not a sprinter but a footballer, just like the sprinters wouldn't beat mbappe at football. Same reason as to why mcgregor couldn't beat mayweather at boxing.

Mbappe would probably not even make 10 seconds or less. Sprinting is also something with technique. Mbappe making a little more is speed for brief periods during a football game is not quite enough to even challenge the average pro sprinter.
