Great videos I like how he breaks things down in a logical clear way where anyone can understand instead of trying to memorize

How do you factor in BP medications and blood thinners? I took over a patient last week, 95 yo female, altered mental status (slurred speech) but responsive to voice and could answer questions. Turned out she had a brain bleed and died a few days later. Her BP was in the 120's/70-range and pulse was in the 60s. While in the ER waiting on a room, she would appear to doze off, but would respond to conversation. I'm an EMT working primarily in a retirement community and see a lot of geriatric patients on meds with normal vitals, but clearly out of sorts. I'm thinking it must be the meds compensating for what would otherwise be out of whack vitals. My patient had rising intercranial pressure but normal vitals due to meds. EMS was called due to her altered mental status. Thanks.
