Choice A is a risk factor for pneumothorax

Pregnancy would cause the body to have a higher amounts of clotting factors, thus increasing the risk for a DVT, which in turn increases the risk for PE.

B is COPD
D could be a bunch of things. Hepatitis/liver issues, heart problems, gallbladder, etc. also just doesn’t make any sense lol.
