I ruled out D as PP does not typically have pain with it, and A as there were no signs described (cervical dilation, broke water) that would suggest an imminent pregnancy. I vacillated for a while between B and C till I remembered that "wait a minute, she's 27 weeks pregnant, if it was ectopic she'd be effin D-E-D dead!"
Credit to my awesome instructor for encouraging continued engagement in the class and materials, and to the Captain on my last ride along for her excellent discussion with me on obstetrics! Ha when my oldest was born we lived in a small town/farming community. They asked me if they could bring a paramedics class to observe the birth since they are likely to have to deliver a baby often (hospital serves 3 farming towns and is in WI) She got stuck coming out and he had to rip her out. 10 paramedic student learned what to do if a baby gets stuck and c-section is not an option.

I would go w B because you mentioned the drug use, blood, and abdominal pain, and those are all directly related to abrubtio placentae.
