How HARD is the NREMT Exam?

The NREMT exam is broken up into five main categories. Airway, respiration, ventilation, cardiology and resuscitation, trauma, medical/obgyn and EMS operations. Studying these five sections is how you prepare for the NREMT cognitive examination.

I passed the NREMT a year ago September. Be careful not to put yourself into the question or scenario. Second, know medical terminology. I used the Paramedic Coach and Limmer YouTube videos to prepare. I was cut off at 82 and passed the first go.

I took it a month ago, did not think I passed, but thankfully, I did. Cut me off at 65 questions, most of which were about pediatric patients🤔

I got a score of 785 and the passing score is 950. It was my 3rd try and feel absolutely horrible. I feel as if I let my parents down and myself. It cut me off at 70 questions with 7 min left. I don’t under understand what I’m doing wrong?? Nevertheless, it’s been 1 year and 6 months of me trying to pass this stupid test and get certified and ready to save lives. Any help or suggestions..

As of July 1st they changed the questions tbh I think it’s easier but also it’s in like big section and there’s no half credit

How you give me all of the answers to every single question

I have a big question so one of my tutors for EMT said that each day if you take the test on like Monday through Friday, there is different chances on passing meeting different percentages. Is that true because I don’t believe it.

They don’t give you feed back anymore since June 31st they just give you a score
