Windows 10 - Ten New Features

Windows 10 comes out this week and I go over 10 new features in Microsoft's latest operating system.

I've been using Windows 10 for a month now (Insider Program) and its really good. I upgraded from Windows 7 and i don't even feel the difference. Windows 10 feels like a modernized Windows 7. With the free upgrade option i honestly believe most PC's will be running Windows 10 and it will overtake Windows 7 as the most popular Microsoft Operating System

Good OS, One missing feature is to change Most Recent from Start to add your own apps in the list. We can use the icons, but i kinda miss that list of my most preferred apps.

Internet Explorer still comes with Windows 10. It is found under All Apps - Windows Accessories.
Cortana is better than Siri and it beat Siri to the Mac OS Desktop
Two features you forgot to mention is the multiple desktops which is part of Task View and the Phone Companion App

There's a option in personalisation  that you can have full screen which its windows 8. its under use full screen start menu. you have the option to turn it on or off.

Can you still swipe to different windows from your touch-pad? Instead of pressing Ctr, windows, arrow left/right. If so, how?

When I am in Edge, my icons on the top right are 'greyed out" and I cannot access them. Is there any hint on getting access to them?

This is Aaron typing for Creed. I had a Windows 7 Dell Latitude D630, and I was not able to download Windows 10. They were not able to explain to me why I wasn't able to download at Microsoft. I tried to download it at least 10 times with the free download, because I am a person with a disability. I received my laptop, of course, right after the free upgrade for the general public ended. I don't know what the deal was. I even upgraded my ram 😡

zollotech  The problem that comes along with the "fantastic cinema-display" is that everything gets really small and hard to see. Maybe you should have thought about this before making a video showcasing the new OS.

I like windows 10 better than 7 & 8 but I think I'll get a MacBook next since my hp pavilion g6 is getting a bit old now, also all of my other devices are from Apple: beats headphones, iPhone, iPad and the watch and they work together so well.

I upgraded Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro.  Flawless upgrade, and it made my laptop much faster.  Streamlined code helps a lot.  Much better than what 7 was giving me in terms of performance.  It's a free upgrade for the first year of release (7/29/2015 start date) for Visa, 7, 8 and 8.1
