i mean i completely agree with some of these tips but also know that some people find peace with letting all of their emotions out. if u need to cry, cry. especially if ur a boy; if ur boy thinking that u cant cry cs “ur gonna be weak”, im sorry but thats not true. a boy should be able to express themselves without having to be criticized. this also goes for girls that may be dealing with the same thing. remember everyone is a person with feelings. if u need to let some anger out, let it all out. you cant keep those emotions inside. u can only find peace with God, and expressing ur emotions. its totally okay to express your emotions by writing them down, praying about it, crying about and just letting it go. its gonna take time to get over them. so if ur listening to sad music even after 3 weeks, thats okay. take ur time and think abt it. but also knowing when to move on is key. accepting is also a big thing. take ur time to process urself and heal. find ur happy place and never give up on the things u know are right for u. ur so precious, remember that. dont let them ruin the best of u. ily and Jesus loves you.❤️❤

Just know that there are other people. Trust me I just went through a breakup and it sucks. He went through something when we got together and I was there for him so for him to not be there for me hurt. So, I thought i was never going to get over him. It’s been a month jsut about and I’m more happy than I was with him because I was stressed the whole time I was with him. Think about how you felt when you were with them. Think about how they made you feel. Then think about what they did to you to get to that point. Especially after my breakup my standards are over the roof now. So up your standards it will help with future relationships. You deserve better so make that happen ❤
