How to make a homemade CNC machine Part 1

Add another rigid support on back side of router mount, so it won't wiggle if loaded suddenly.

You made a really rigid frame with all that diagonal bracing but made the rails way undersized. You might consider using linear rails right on top of the diagonally braced beams.
