Hi sir jay! I am enrolled in bronze package and i want to book for my 1:1 tutorial. When i select writing and speaking, it shows there i need to submit one writing letter ahead of time so that the teacher have a copy before the tutorial starts. I just want to ask how can i upload the letter that im going to pass for assessment since the practise 1 assessment was already done and woth feedback? Im confused if this is the same letter that the teacher will assess or i should make new one for assessment? I dont know where to upload the letter. Thank you.
