Hi Jay, that is a very helpful video. I'd like to clarify 1 thing. For the 2nd role play where it was given that the patient was known to the doctor. You greeted the parent by the name "John" wherein no name was mentioned in the role play card. Should I ask or at least validate the parent's name first?
