The OET Speaking Role Play Sample Video for Nurses is a demonstration of an OET speaking roleplay on Medication Change. The setting of this OET-speaking roleplay is the Accident and Emergency Department, where a 31-year-old man or woman is the patient. The patient has an excruciating headache on the right side of the forehead and above the ear, which started three weeks ago. The patient experiences two attacks per week, which are accompanied by nausea and dizziness. The pain is so strong and severe (10/10) that the patient cannot work. The patient works as the marketing director of a large business and works long and stressful hours. The headaches are triggered by sunlight from the office window and staring at the computer screen, which causes ringing in the ears. The patient is relieved by Tylenol or sleeping for one or two hours. The patient has been under increasing stress at work as they are behind schedule with multiple upcoming project deadlines. The patient wants to get back to work quickly for a meeting. The patient has come to the A&E to get medication from a doctor or nurse and is not concerned about who administers it.
