At 3:50, the 20% value is relative to width of the container type.The div in this case is a block-level element, so unless the width is specified, width will always be computed to take 100% of the block .So the padding applied will be (computed width of the div block) *(0.20).

in 3:50 20% referred to the width of the #main-content?? is that right?
