I have a question, because I don't know how to organize better my face routine. Is it okay to do face exercises in the morning after my body workout and then doing facial massage after applying my skincare products always in the morning?

It's really helpful mam. Can you please me? After doing facial exercises i got my desired chin shape. But what to do now? Should i continue or not? If i continue won't my chin become more longer? Or if i stop doing these exercises then won’t my chin go back to it's real shape?😥

Please could you do a video on how to reduce the nostril "curve"? I unconsiously arch my nostrils often and they look very prominent :(

Hi Tina. I WOULD LIKE answer me this, .. I sleep in my back but SOMETHING happen, when I'm sleep in my back all my mouth became dry my saliva disappear, to vanish, to hide. Why, why, why, , .. Then I sleep in side my saliva return, go back, tell me what I can do? Please help me THKS. CYA. MY ENGLISH IS A WORK IN PROGRESA.

I think you should give us a more structuralized method on doing facial yoga. For example. Like body exercises should we stretch first? Give a pattern for each type of face or age. Here you give so many videos. We really don't know where to begin. I do mine at night before bed . My face looks great. The next day in the morning I look like hell. Why? You swear you feel the muscles tighten on the cheeks then it's bags under the eyes, droopy cheeks and jowls again. Also why is the chin and orbicularis Oris not being worked out? I don't like the new dimple on my chin it also looks lumpy. The mouth...well the 🐕🅱️ face is so unattractive too.
