I've been doing facial yoga for over 10 years done correctly so to avoid wrinkling (placement of hands on the face to prevent face from wrinkling), facial yoga has saved my face. My jawline has firmed and strengthened, my cheeks went from sunken and hollowing to firming and lifted. My neck has been the biggest game changer. It's a 10 out of 10 for me as far as protecting your face from dropping and sagging. I also look after my skin with tretinoin, hylaronic acid, vitamin C and gkycolic acid and most importantly sunscreen. YES FACIAL YOGA WORKS (I'm now 68).

Just sharing my own experience. I just turned 62 years. Have been doing facial yoga for 20 months. Before I started facial yoga my face was dropping and developing jowls. In the past 12 months, whenever I meet people I first met 15 to 20 years ago, the first words to me are I have not aged at all and I look the same as when we first met. I have also been told I look 40 plus. I believe it is due to facial yoga, retinol and sunscreen.

Facial exercises doing the correct way work. It doesn’t create wrinkles, it strengthens muscles, creates awareness about facial movement.

I’ve been doing face exercises or yoga as you call it for 20 years! Weight lifting for my body for 45 years! And tretinoin cream! You have 57 muscles in your face! I get compliments all the time on my face and skin! I do it when I’m driving I do it while I’m watching TV you can do it anywhere anytime, I’ll be 70 next month!

My mother passed from Covid at 95, she did facial yoga most of her life and her face, neck and skin was better than all 6 of her children. She also took excellent care of her skin on face and body.

I am 51 years old and have been doing facial workouts for over a decade and i do not have any sag or lax skin with a tight jaw and neck! I rebuilt the muscles in my cheeks and under the eyes and i also work with the facia layer... Yes there's some fine lines when i smile around the crow's feet but the overall appearance of the skin is so much better and tighter also due to the blood flow and oxygen that it brings to the skin. I also built my lip back up to where the philtrum looks shorter once again... It can all be done if You are consistent... But it definitely will not bring the drs any money thats for sure.. good luck everyone with whatever You decide to do...

Dr Karim....It is incorporated into Indian culture....Facial Yoga is widely practiced. 68 now and no wrinkles...been doing it every day for over 10 years and I look younger than I did at WORKS.

I’m an esthetician who specializes in Sculptural Face Lifting. It’s a specialized massage technique that incorporates intraoral buccal massage. It’s mind blowing what it does to the face. I wish I could post pictures here. lol

I'm 51 yrs old and doing face yoga since 2019 and it really works

As someone who has been doing face yoga everyday for the past 4 years (I'm 50 now), this is what I found:

What works:
- reduce dynamic forehead wrinkles
- lift droopy eyelids (marked improvement as my droop was severe)
- improve eyebags
- lift cheeks (slight)
- remove marionette lines
- improve jowls
- tighten facial skin
- tighten neck

What doesn't:
- change facial shape (mine's still squarish)
- shorten philtrum (still long)
- increase facial fat
- fill out hollowed temples
- increase collagen (this is never my expectation to begin with)
- increase skin elasticity
- remove wrinkles

Face yoga is not the perfect solution, takes time, dedication, and tons of patience before you can see some slight improvement.
Will I continue with it?
Absolutely.

I’m 57 and I’m very happy to have begun doing facial exercises when I just turned 40…I believe if I didn’t see some improvements or see more wrinkles, I wouldn’t continue…
and I’ve never seen a plastic surgeon talking about benefits of facial exercises. 😊

I have been doing facial yoga for 35 years. I’m a 69 year old male. The exercises don’t take up a lot of my time. I do them regularly and almost everyday. People tell me I don’t look my age. I avoid the sun and never “work on my tan”. I use skin care and have been using retinol. I’m satisfied. 😊

I'm doing face yoga for about 14 years now. When you're young you won't notice alot of difference, but you when you are older it makes a huge difference. And it doesn't create wrinkles!
