My partner and I do “board meetings”. We go somewhere neutral outside of the house and talk about anything and everything. Not only focusing on negative things, but also taking time to speak on things that make us happy. Usually these board meetings are about chores… We always leave our board meetings feeling more connected and happy. I am considering doing them weekly on Sunday to set the week off on a good note and maintain our communication. Loved the Vlog and can’t wait to see how all the decorations look at the party!

Girl yes we did premarital counseling last year during our engagement - no major issues but to make sure we started our marriage with a good & healthy foundation - and we are truly the closest we’ve ever been in the 6.5 years we’ve been together!

Yes! My husband and I have gone and started going before getting married. I would agree it is for the highs lows and everything in between. Honestly my favorite part is when we have conversations or topics brought up by our therapist that we have already talked about because it just reassures us that we are communicating and often just gives us an open forum to talk about the positives just as much as the challenges

Hunnyyy🌻 I understand the anxiety behind worrying if we have a disease (me most of the time 😅). Anyone can pay and get a ct scan etc but, it’s radiation (more than a radiography), sow that’s why people only do it or drs do it in specific situations 😁 I hope that helps

I feel the health anxiety, mine was so bad last year. I have a swollen lymph node in my neck and I couldn’t stop obsessing over it. Glad to know I’m not alone in that
