Honestly your examples and how you break it down has really helped me aye.
I was over complicating this in my head my whole life and I'm 27. Not that I'm the worst at interviews but this has simplified it to me and made me feel alot more confident in what I'm planning to saying in future interviews.

Really great video! The only suggestion I would make is the question about your "Greatest achievement." It should be more focused on YOU, the applicant. The way the answer was phrased was that it was a team effort. While that may be true, I feel like the recruiter/hiring manager would appreciate to hear more about your individual contribution and how THAT actually impacted getting the contract.

Question seven has a typo. In the sample answer :I've only ever made a couple of mistakes, and I learnt a huge amount from - you have the word "form" instead of "from" - both situations. Great lessons by the way. Really helpful.
