If you read any comments on this video let it be this one!! Richard McMunn is the real deal. I found his videos the night before of my interview for a Managerial position. It was my first time interviewing for that role and watched his video on how to present yourself, how to prepare in 10 minutes, reviewed the S.E.A.T. Technique and how to speak like a manger. I aced this interview!!! I even used some of the follow-up question: Should there be any doubts I'd like to have the opportunity to express why I am fit for this role'' (paraphrasing here) and that worked great as my my manager quickly said there are no doubts!! The only mistake I made is that I named my salary which is still a very good upgrade from what I initially made but I'm certain it would have been hire if I would have found his videos beforehand. I had to translate everything in my mind as the interviews where done in French but I just want to share with everyone that his content is gold. A got a job offer a few days later! I've been in the corporate world for 18 years and this was much needed for me! Sometimes you go off muscle memory for interviews but it's always great to upgrade your arsenal! Results driven, cost conscious and accountable is 5 words. 4 words if you hyphenate results-driven, but that doesn't come across when spoken, just sounds like you've blown the brief and can't answer a simple question correctly during the interview
