Chelsea's 04/05 PL winning side was better. they lost 1 league game but amassed 95 points a league record at the time won 29 games a record at the time and only conceded 13 goals a record that still stands.

The title was won early and then the draws followed. History has shown us that any team that wins the league after a grueling season - their form always dips. We saw that with the formidable City this year. As soon as they won the league they drew and lost. For Arsenal to remain unbeaten after winning the league is even more impressive.

That Arsenal team were so good they were winning 2-0 at places where they could’ve so easily won 5 or 6-0……they were good everywhere on the park. Did that zero make them take focus off other competitions, sure. But going unbeaten a whole campaign will probably not be emulated anytime soon.
