This was just an Easter egg telling the audience about the making of invincible. Telling us that animation isn’t easy and takes a long time so be understandable when season 3 takes a while to air.

Unpopular opinion but i liked the animation of the first season better. I honestly wish they'd ignore the impatient fans and take their time and deliver a quality product. A few times throughout season 2 it felt like i was watching a low budget Saturday morning cartoon. Not the same premium animation of season 1.
